Terms and Condition (T&C’s)
Terms and Conditions for Restaurant Function:
Reservation and Confirmation:
a. A reservation is required for hosting a function in the restaurant.
b. The reservation is subject to availability and confirmation from the restaurant.
c. A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the reservation.
Minimum Spend Requirement:
a. To have the venue exclusively on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the party size must be more than 40 guests.
b. A minimum spend of $85 per person (pp) is required to secure exclusive use of the venue on these days.
c. The minimum spend includes food and beverage charges.
Venue Hire Fee:
a. The restaurant does not charge a separate venue hire fee for functions.
b. The cost of the venue is included in the food and beverage charges.
Guest Count:
a. The final guest count must be provided to the restaurant at least 15 days prior to the function.
b. Any changes in the guest count after the specified deadline may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Menu Selection:
a. The menu selection and any specific dietary requirements must be communicated to the restaurant in advance.
b. The restaurant will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
Pricing and Payment:
a. The pricing for the function will be discussed and agreed upon between the restaurant and the client.
b. A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the reservation.
c. Full payment for the function is typically due prior to or on the day of the event.
d. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or requests not included in the initial agreement.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellation of the function should be communicated to the restaurant as early as possible.
b. The restaurant's cancellation policy will determine whether any refunds or charges apply.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the restaurant's refund policy.
Liability and Damages:
a. The client is responsible for any damages caused by their guests during the function.
b. The restaurant reserves the right to charge for any damages to its property or equipment.
Conduct and Compliance:
a. The client and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the function.
b. Compliance with local laws, regulations, and restaurant policies is required.
c. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest engaging in inappropriate behavior.
Force Majeure:
a. The restaurant will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
Modifications to Terms:
a. The restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notice to the client.
By proceeding with the reservation and hosting of the function, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, including the minimum spend requirement for exclusive use of the venue on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for party sizes less than 40 guests, and the inclusion of the venue hire fee within the food and beverage charges.
